Make your case.
I work with leaders, founders, experts and organisations to pressure-test consequential ideas, decisions and opportunities; strengthen the strategy and proposition; and build the case the right people can say yes to.

Interrogate the strategy, evidence, assumptions, risks and readiness before you commit more time, money or credibility.
Bring in an independent strategic perspective before you recommend, commit, invest, partner, launch or change direction.
Strengthen the proposition, map the decision-makers and barriers, and prepare for an investor, distributor, funder, partner, board or other high-stakes conversation.
Turn strong thinking into the proposal, negotiation, pitch, presentation, keynote or speech that needs to land.
To achieve your strategic objective, at least one decision-maker — usually several — needs to say yes.
A merger. Regulatory reform. A major contract. Investment in your startup. A promotion. A book deal. A partnership. A new initiative.
But before you build the case, pressure-test what you’re asking people to back. Is the strategy sound? Does the evidence support the assumptions? Is the proposition strong enough? Is this the right ask?
The words and the delivery matter. But they come after the thinking.
Persuasion isn’t about vocal modulation, dramatic gestures or performing some outdated ideal of executive presence.
Words matter — enormously. But the right words aren’t chosen by instinct alone. They’re informed by behavioural psychology, persuasion theory and neuroeconomics — and shaped around the objective, the decision-makers, the evidence, the barriers to yes and the strongest strategic path to getting there.
I bring more than 20 years of business and executive experience, three master’s degrees across business and social change, and evidence-based expertise in persuasion and human behaviour to that work.
My background spans executive leadership, organisational turnaround, global market development, negotiations and M&A diligence and integration, alongside years helping leaders, founders, experts, researchers and organisations strengthen consequential ideas and build the case for action.
So I don’t start with “How should you say it?” I start with “What are we trying to achieve, what needs to be true for it to work, and who needs to act?”
Start with the outcome you need. Then choose the level of strategic support that fits.
Direct strategic support when something consequential is in front of you.
If you have a defined challenge or opportunity, simply choose the amount of time you need and purchase it online. No discovery call or proposal required.
Bring me the decision, idea, initiative, proposition, negotiation, pitch or ask. We can use the time to pressure-test the strategy, evidence and assumptions; map decision-makers, stakeholders and barriers; strengthen the proposition and case for action; or prepare for the consequential communication that follows.
Your purchased hours are exactly that — hours of my time. Use them for live strategy, coaching or consulting with me, for independent speechwriting, analysis, editing or development work performed by me, or for a combination of both.
These 1:1 prices apply to work with individuals. Organisational consulting, professional development, workshops and speaking engagements are scoped and quoted separately.
Based in Brisbane, I work with clients across Australia and around the world, online and in person, and travel nationally and internationally for client engagements.

Custom, evidence-based development designed around the work your people need to do — and what your organisation needs them to make happen.
Programs can focus on strategic persuasion and decision-maker influence, strategic negotiations for high-impact scenarios, leadership, high-performing teams and culture, or helping boards and executive teams kick off the strategic planning process with stronger questions, clearer priorities and greater alignment.
I also design programs for high-stakes communication, pitching and presenting — where the strategy, message and ability to influence key decision-makers are critical to the outcome.
For deeper leadership development, an initial intensive can be followed by ongoing 1:1 coaching and advisory support for members of the leadership team — tailored to the organisation’s priorities and each individual’s opportunities for growth.
Available as 90-minute, half-day, full-day, multi-day or linked multi-session programs, with ongoing support scoped to suit the engagement.
A signature keynote isn’t just a polished speech. It’s the idea you want to become known for.
For many people, it comes at an inflection point — when they’re ready to make the next leap in their career, their business or their influence as a global thought leader. The keynote becomes a core articulation of their work: an idea they can take to prestigious stages, organisations and audiences around the world.
I work with you from the strategy up — locking in what you need the keynote to achieve, honing the idea, identifying the decision-makers, stakeholders and audiences you need to influence, and building the persuasion strategy to move them.
Then we develop the keynote itself: structure, speechwriting and editing, rehearsal and stagecraft — until the idea, argument and delivery are working together.
And the value extends well beyond the stage. The arguments, stories, framing and language we strategically craft can become part of how you make your case in critical boardroom discussions, high-level negotiations, media opportunities and other moments where your ideas — and your ability to persuade people of them — matter.
This is intensive, high-touch work for people with an important idea they’re ready to be known for.
Because of the intensity and depth of this work, I take on only a limited number of Elite Signature Keynote clients each year. Engagements are by application only.
APPLY TO DEVELOP YOUR KEYNOTE
I speak on persuasion, strategy, leadership — including women’s leadership — and the human factors that shape how people think, decide and act.
My keynotes combine evidence, business experience and practical ideas to help audiences see important challenges differently — and leave with something they can use long after the event.
ENQUIRE ABOUT A KEYNOTEEngage me behind the scenes of your event, or learn with me online.
Bring me into your event from the strategy stage — to curate ideas, shape the program, identify and develop speakers, and create the conditions for important ideas to be heard and acted upon.
That might be a one-off event — a major milestone, a grant-funded initiative or a consequential convening — or you might bring me in to establish or strengthen an event model, develop the curation principles, operating guidelines and processes, embed them with your internal team, then hand over an event model they can confidently run as business as usual.
Learn with me online through practical, evidence-based courses and masterclasses. Start with How to Get the Gig, my self-paced course designed to help you turn your expertise into more speaking opportunities.
If a decision, idea, initiative, proposition, negotiation, pitch or ask matters enough that you want an experienced strategist on your side of the table, bring it to me before the moment arrives.
We’ll work out what needs to be true, what needs strengthening and what it will take to get the right people to act.
