Juanita Wheeler
I’m Juanita Wheeler, Founder and CEO of Full & Frank and CEO and Head of Curation at TEDxBrisbane.
I work where business and organisational strategy, persuasion and leadership come together—helping people build the case for worthwhile ideas, influence decisions and turn strategy into action.
My experience spans more than twenty years in business, including global marketing, market development, negotiations and multinational distribution and partnership deals. I’ve also coached more than 140 TEDx speakers, alongside CEOs, entrepreneurs, researchers and change-makers, to develop and deliver persuasive presentations with a clear strategic purpose.
I hold three Masters degrees—two in business and one in social change leadership—and am an Atlantic Fellow. I’m also a former Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Queensland.

When is the masterclass, and what if I can’t attend live?
The live online masterclass takes place on Thursday 19 November 2026, 9:30–10:30am AEST (Brisbane). That is 10:30–11:30am AEDT in Sydney.
In the United States, it is Wednesday 18 November 2026: 3:30–4:30pm PST in Los Angeles and 6:30–7:30pm EST in New York.
A replay will be available for seven days. This is a recording of the live masterclass, with a separate access window from your twelve months of course access.
Is Tell Me More a masterclass or a workshop?
Tell Me More is a 60-minute teaching masterclass. I’ll explain how to shape your idea into 60 compelling seconds and why different approaches work, so you can prepare for the people you expect to meet and adapt when an unexpected opportunity appears.
The hour is dedicated to teaching; it does not include facilitated drafting, rehearsal or individual feedback.
I already enrolled during the farewell campaign. Do I receive this bonus?
Yes. If you already enrolled during this farewell campaign, you’ll receive the Tell Me More masterclass bonus too. You do not need to purchase again.
If you secured the earlier individual one-hour session bonus, that remains included as well. Your session must take place within twelve months of purchase, after the initial fourteen-day refund window, for the enrolled participant and subject to mutually available appointment times.
The individual-session offer ended on Friday 16 October 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time) and is no longer included with new enrolments.
Will I lose access when the course retires?
No. Enrolments close permanently on Tuesday 3 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time), but you’ll still receive twelve full months of course access from your purchase date.
The bonus masterclass replay is available for seven days; it is not included in the twelve-month course access period.
How long does it take to complete the course?
There are six lessons, each with a Full & Frank video lesson (10-20 minutes) and an accompanying workbook that walks you step-by-step through the process, so you can turn what you learned in the lesson into your own practical resources for landing your dream speaking gigs.
The course is on-demand and self-paced. You have access for a full year, but most people complete it within the first month if not the first weekend. I typically recommend people set aside an hour a lesson, though times will vary from person to person.
Will I receive a certificate when I'm finished?
Absolutely. My learning platform tracks your progress as you make your way through the course, and lets me know when you’re done – so I can send you a certificate for your resume and LinkedIn profile. (I also do a celebratory lounge room dance for every graduation).

Should I take this course first or book a one-on-one coaching session?
It is up to you, but I highly recommend people start with the ‘How to Get the Gig‘ course, whether they’re just getting started in public speaking or have been doing it for years, and need to revisit the strategic essentials.
The course provides comprehensive self-paced learning and is jam-packed with expert insights and practical tips and strategies.
Having said that, if you prefer, or you’re looking for highly personalised guidance, goal setting, script development and feedback, you might be ready for a one-on-one coaching session.
What if I try it out and it’s not for me, can I get a refund?
The short answer is yes. I know How to Get the Gig will give you the knowledge and tools you need to land speaking gigs. But, if, for some reason, after your first two completed lessons, it doesn’t feel like a fit, email me, and I will give you a full refund.
Here’s how it works: Complete the first two lessons. If you don’t feel confident and motivated by your future ability to book gigs based on the information you’ve gained, reach out to [email protected], show me you’ve put in the work and completed the worksheets for the first two lessons, and I’ll refund your investment.
No refunds are available after 14 days.
